The “2021 International Academic Conference on Global Bay Area Development: Regional Cooperation and Innovation Driven” is co-organized by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Research Centre of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Macau, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Development Institute of Sun Yat-sen University, and the Pan Sutong Shanghai-Hong Kong Economic Policy Institute of Lingnan University Development” was successfully held in Guangzhou last Saturday (23rd). The conference was held in a combination of online and offline formats, and branch venues were set up in Hong Kong and Macau. Experts and scholars from Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macau, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and other places were invited to conduct academic exchanges on cooperation forms in the global Bay Area and provide suggestions for the further development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
