Content: The Department of Communication of the Faculty of Social Sciences will host a screening of 6 short films produced by final year students specializing in Creative Media. The films are part of the Video Workshop II capstone course that is designed to challenge students to think critically and creatively through the hands-on experience of making their own short films. The theme for the course this semester is “Ecology.” Students were encouraged to take an ecological approach in their films by showing characters interacting with their environment and telling stories that emphasize how people adapt to the natural and built worlds around them.
