Abstract: This presentation examines Sino-Mozambican cooperation as a case study to explore pathways towards strengthening multipolarity and promoting inclusive global development. Anchored in Wang Yiwei’s theoretical framework of inclusive globalization, the study argues that South-South partnerships can play a decisive role in reshaping international cooperation by emphasizing mutual benefit, infrastructure connectivity, and development-oriented investment. The analysis highlights how Belt-and Road Initiative – have contributed to improvements in infrastructure development, economic capacity, and institutional cooperation, generating measurable benefits for both partners. Methodologically, the study relies on qualitative observation, documentary and policy review, and the analysis of available economic and development data related to bilateral projects implemented in Mozambique. The findings suggest that the Sino-Mozambique partnership represents a practical model of cooperative engagement capable of supporting broader Global South efforts to advance multipolar governance structures and inclusive economic growth.
